Why are we short of money?!?!

I know i know.... it's been a while... forgive for my disregard to your anticipation.

Here's some food for thought, and imagine this (it's a LONG analogy so be patient):

You have a company which you suspect is running like crap. You decided to call system analysts to oversee the organization.

What is system analysis on a commercial or enterprise level for companies?

A bunch of highly or over qualified people charging you gang-loads to come and see the breakdown of how your system is running. Efficiency, working man power, man hours, the need for more or less man power, points of weakness or errors, blah blah blah. They point out the mistakes in your system, and provide alternative and improved solutions. It's expensive, but very effective on the long run for a more profitable organization.

So you call an overseas company ( because we all know how companies brought from outside are always better than us... But ofcourse! they're blonde with blue eyes! So they MUST be good eh?!), and invite them to come over to analyse your system which you think is going wrong. And because they're brought over they're double paid, at least, since the contractor said that's how much they cost, and pay for their expenses.

Except that (and here's the catch), when you receive their arrival dates into your premises, you work your butt day and night, cleaning every corner, improving everything you can, and organizing and polishing all the shit you have laying around which has been in storage for years since it was bought but never operated. You teach your staff how to speak and behave well, and welcome them with the best food in the best rooms of the premises. Again, with furniture that has never left the storage (LOL, i'm sorry but i'm finding it funny).

They come along, very impressed, and leave within the day convinced that "Dr. M, this is the best God-damn run system we have seen in the Middle East region in years!!!"

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what happened unfortunately a few weeks ago. The Ministry of Health decided to bring overseas system analysts to oversee the operational mode of the public hospitals in Kuwait. They got paid millions, to tell us everything is fine, and then left.

WHO
ARE
WE

KIDDING
WITH?!

A picture speaks for a thousands words... Really? Well i got four thousands speaking the truth. Those are the photos of the male changing room in the Main Operating Theaters department. This room is what seperates people in clothes, from people who can ONLY be in scrubs, scrub shoes, head caps, so that the next room they enter is the operations room. Where we cut people open and hope they live the next day.
